Meta ads, built and run for you

Six weeks from now, you’ll know exactly what Meta does for your business.

I build the account, design the ads, run them, and send you a report every Monday. Whether you’ve been running ads for years or haven’t started yet, it’s the same job.

Days one to seven: everything goes live

Tracking rebuilt so the numbers you’re looking at are real, the account restructured from the ground up, and nine ads written, designed and running. Most agencies call that first month onboarding. It’s a week’s work.

Weeks two to six: making it work

Losers come out, budget moves behind what’s working, and a new concept goes in every week. A report lands in your inbox every Monday. You send me photos of the product and I handle the rest.

Week six: the roadmap

A written plan for what worked, what to scale and what to kill, and what I’d spend next quarter. It’s yours to keep whether we carry on together or not.

How I work

A small number of accounts, on purpose.

Research, reporting and the admin that eats most of an agency’s week runs on systems I’ve built. That leaves the time for the part that actually moves the account, which is strategy and new creative. I keep the roster small so that stays true.

I design the ads

Most of this job is the creative. I design it in-house, so nothing queues behind a freelancer and a new idea can be live in days rather than weeks.

You always know what’s happening

A short video every week showing what I changed, what it did, and what’s next. The reporting is automated, so it arrives whether you ask or not.

Straight answers when it dips

Every account has bad weeks. You’ll hear about it from me before you spot it yourself, along with what I’m doing about it.

Everything stays yours

Your ad account, your creative, your data. If we stop working together, you keep all of it.

The work

Some of the ads

Every one of these was designed by me, for a client account I was running at the time.

Results

What the accounts have done

Some of the accounts I’ve run recently.

A UK clear aligner brand

£249,000 of Meta spend

Built from nothing. The store behind it has done £1.52m, with Meta as the only paid channel it has ever run.

A UK fashion brand

£603,000 of ad spend

£1.33m in revenue, profitable throughout. Paid search, shopping and Pinterest, all built from scratch.

Another UK fashion brand

£155,000 of ad spend

£302k in revenue, roughly double the spend, on channels that didn’t exist before I set them up.

I learned this on the hardest account you can run.

I built my knowledge on the hardest account you can run.

Before the agency I spent two years running paid social in-house at Bathmate. It’s a product Meta would rather nobody advertised, so every ad sat one word away from rejection.

They had Google working and a graveyard of failed Meta attempts. I learned what the platform will and won’t allow, how to say the same thing five different ways until one of them lives, and got the channel running properly from almost no spend.

Running ads for a brand Meta actually likes is considerably easier.

Fit

Am I any use to you?

I’d rather tell you no on a fifteen minute call than take money for something that was never going to work.

Probably, if

You’re already selling something people want. You’re spending on ads, or you’re ready to start. And you want one person accountable for the result rather than an account manager relaying messages.

Probably not, if

You’re picking on price. You want to approve every ad before it goes live. Or the product hasn’t sold yet, because ads won’t fix that and I’ll say so on the call.
